At first I planned to build a small church.
But already in the process of building It became clear
that I have more ideas and techniques in my head than this
building can possibly contain. Then I decided to turn it into a town hall,
worn meeting or something of that kind.

At the moment 2 stores are built.
Outside the building there will be a promenade gallery.

A figure is placed there in order to follow the scale.

A ladder leading to an interior gallery of the second floor.

A view through the opening of the central entrance.

A general view of the gallery on the second floor.
Straight ahead and on the left there are door openings – exits to the outside gallery.

A side-view.

A door opening on the level of the second floor.
There will be a ladder leading to a roof here.

The buildings process moved ahead. Roof timbers are laid.

There will be an observation area and a clock-tower on the roof.

This is the ladder to the roof being erected.

The outside street gallery is already laid.
I must still lay the roof and place the railings.

I begin to work with the roof. I covered with a roof the corner,
from which the ladder to the roof will go.

And this is the grown ladder upstairs itself.

The side wall has risen to the roof ridge. A separate element
(corner) will be marked out with a little shed.

If you glance into the window of a side-wall on a level
of the third or forth floor, you will not see anything yet.
But soon there will be an overhead gallery here.

Here is a corner itself, from which the ladder upstairs goes.

This is approximately how the things are going.
The side-ladder to the roof is finished.
It is better to say, not to the roof, but in the roof.
There is an overhead gallery there, leading to a balcony
from the other side of the building. And from this gallery
a ladder to the roof will go.

From another viewpoint we can look at the additional shed on the "corner".

Having turned the building, we see a balcony,
which is connected by a gallery with a ladder from the previous photos.

An overhead gallery is well seen here (on the left). It is not finished yet.
On the background there is a balcony. And down there is an Assembly hall.

This photo shows an already finished ladder to the roof.
It is rather simpler than others. It is because
it will be used only by the personnel :)
On the foreground there is no roof yet – you can
observe the interior of the building well.

This is a view of the same ladder from the roof.
The railings are already placed.

Here I must only add the railings. I will make it later,
in order not to damage them while constructing the roof.

And this is the foundation for the tower. The clock will be placed in it.
It will be the highest part of the building…

The railings are already built. Now nobody will fall from the ladder.

This is an entrance to the tower, where the clock is situated.

Here you can see the ladder, which leads to the roof balcony.
On the left there is a ladder to the roof, and on the right there
is a balcony. On the background there is an entrance to the tower.

The central entrance to the building is made with two door folds.

This is a general view of the building from the side
of a central entrance. On the background the instruments
cluster together again :)

We turn the building and we can see a ladder to the roof.
Also we can see a gallery-balcony, from which it is possible
to overview all the surroundings.

One more turn and we can see the clock, by which
all the population in the city can check their watches.

Clock-tower. In the centre there is a pin, which supports the clock.

To get an access to the clock mechanism,
it is enough just to take off the cover.

Having glanced inside, we see how the clock is fixed
and also we see a hatch, through which a watchmaker can go
upstairs to the tower for servicing the clock mechanism.
